The 71 acres near Horseheads, New York on Stitts Hill Road in Catlin was the Trust’s first acquisition, late in 2021.

Andover Road, Andover, New  York was the second parcel acquired in Wellsville at 89-acres in 2023.

CFT has acquired 2 new sites in Grove, New York in 2024. With Grove 1 and 2 newly added, our total acreage has increased from 160 to 260.
